Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method and destination selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States using standard carriers. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address.

 

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered at checkout, please note your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order ships.
